Clients asked for a glass controller with a more modern look for interiors. I took it from concept to production as designer and project manager.

The challenge: flush with the wall yet easy to mount; glass that hides the electronics while the display still reads through. From client requests I designed a mounting frame for easier installation — now sold as a separate product.

I sourced the manufacturer: samples, price comparison, unit price, tooling and MOQ. It is still in production.
